Are your limousines safe?
Yes. Our vehicles have a team of talented mechanics working behind the scenes.
What do people usually rent limousines for?
It depends! Limousines can be used for many events. Our customers like to use them for birthday celebrations, proms, weddings, corporate events, tours of the city, and more.
Can we drink alcohol?
Certainly, as long as everybody is 21 and over.
Can we smoke on the limousine?
We do not allow for smoking at all on our vehicles.
Do you have a time limit for service?
We're able to provide service all throughout the night and day.
Do you provide services outside of Louisville?
Yes. Take a look at our service area page to see just how far we will travel to pick you up.
Does the chauffeur know where to take us?
When booking we recommend that you tell us where you want to go so the chauffeur can map everything out ahead of time. You can change your trip on the fly but you may need to provide the address or location to the driver.
What are your hours of operation?
We answer our phones and provide service 24/7 for 365 days a year!
Do we have to tip the driver?
If you want to tip your driver, that's great, but you're certainly not required.
What if i leave something on the bus?
Give us a call & we'll check our lost & found. But we aren't responsible for it.
