Smoking isn't allowed on any of our luxury vehicles for a number of reasons. However, you can take as many stops as you would like so if passengers need a smoke and/or a bathroom break just let your driver know you need a pit stop and for which reason(s) so the driver can find the best option of where to pull over for you.
Assuming you and your guests are of legal drinking age absolutely, however we cannot provide you with any alcoholic beverages, just an ice filled cooler, or multiple coolers depending on vehicle size, for you and your guests to finish filling with all your favorite beverages and keep them nice and chilled for the entire trip.
It's not something you need to worry about, overages are charged at the agreed hourly rate ask our booking team for more specifics about how we'll divide the hour so you don't have to pay for a full hour for being 10-15 minutes over. With that said please let us know ahead of time if you know or think you will be going way over the hours you agreed on when booking, that way we don't issues that don't affect you but may affect another customer that has booked the same vehicle.
We completely understand the question both from first time limo or party bus customer as well as customers that have used another company in the past. Sadly there are some companies out there just looking to make the most profit they can find a way to. That's not how we operate, any additional fees like a fuel surcharge for extra long trips will be discussed and included in your quote or booking. We also have a few fees in our agreements that are for extremely rare and egregious issues like causing serious damage to our limousine vehicles. But basic respect makes any fee a non-concern for 99.9% of customers.
This may be the most confusing answer as we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a week. However that doesn't mean our office is always open, we have most typical office hours, and don't allow walk-in's anyway if you want to see a vehicle in person you need to request a appointment when we know it's not on a run and is cleaned from the previous trip. With all of that said our phone lines are open 24 hours a day for any assistance during night trips as well as customer calls.
Absolutely, not only do they know the area extremely well but every vehicle has a professional GPS setup. When booking we recommend if possible to provide a basic itinerary so that your chauffeur can map everything out ahead of time. Absolutely, however these trips must be alcohol free even with adults on-board. We offer many packages for minors from kids birthday parties to our Prom Party Bus packages. There are many occasions to travel with minors, or in the case of prom or homecoming to allow your teens to ride with a professional chauffeur driving.
First, we do require the down payment to be made via major credit card, most go ahead and pay for the entire trip at this point, we also accept cash and encourage our customers to make sure they keep some cash on them during their outing. We do so because if you go over time you'll have the money on hand to pay any overage, as well as any tip you wish you give your driver at the end of the outing.
