Before you begin contacting the valet companies you will want to be prepared to treat your meeting like an interview. Some good questions to ask are as follows, How long have you been in business? Your valet attendants should be at least 18 years old and have had a drivers licenses for a minimum of two years. Do you carry general liability insurance? A good valet company will carry insurance. If there are any damages to your guests' cars caused by the valet company they should be expected to pay for repairs. The most important question to ask is to view the valet attendants driving records. If a valet attendant has any speeding tickets, parking tickets, or accidents on their driving record, you should not consider that company an option for you. Ask about pricing and gratuity. If gratuity is not included in the final cost, then who will provide it? You can ask your guests to tip their valets or you can personally take care of the gratuity. After you have created your list of questions you can begin contacting the companies and scheduling interviews.
